The Onsider Barcelona
In this ambitious renovation project, we faced the challenge of transforming an original 20th century building, in a very poor state of repair, acquired by an investment group. As a team of architects and a delegated developer, we took on the responsibility of conceiving the architectural design for this building. In addition, we collaborated with prestigious interior designer Jaime Beriestain, who contributed his expertise in the design of exclusive, sophisticated spaces.
The objective of this project was to convert this building into the first high-end apartment complex under the brand of The Onsider. We focused on recovering the character of this high-end estate and highlighting the essence of Barcelona, which is why the investor chose this privileged location in the Catalan capital.
Our approach stood out for its commitment to sustainability and health. An ample parking space on the ground floor was used to incorporate electric bicycles thus promoting sustainable mobility. In addition, a large area was used to install solar vacuum tubes to generate renewable energy. On the roof of the building, we created spaces for health and wellness, including a gym, swimming pool, barbecue area, and innovative open-air cinema. These features became highlights of the project, providing future residents with an exceptional lifestyle
