The social housing project commissioned by the Municipal Housing Institute of Barcelona (IMHAB) is an excellent example of collaborative work in the Design and Build modality. In close collaboration with Vivas Arquitectos, Constructora Del Cardoner, and the CompactHabit system of Constructora d’Aro, we designed and conceived this project consisting of 46 homes.
Presenting a unique single-family home project that perfectly combines modern and minimalist style. This house stands out for its innovative design and the strategic use of concrete on its facade, generating privacy and intimacy, while providing a sense of security and seclusion.
This project was challenging in several respects. First of all, we had the task of developing on a triangular-shaped site located in a busy area near the church square in the old part of the municipality.
Our team was proud to participate in the execution of the prototype for a high-end sports center in Brazil. This project will integrate concepts such as fitness, wellness, social club, restaurant, and a convention and business center, creating an integral space for wellness and entertainment.
The Cal Guerxo building is a prominent project involving the rehabilitation and recovery of abandoned spaces that has become a reference thanks to the obtaining of Living Building Challenge LBC certification, the first in Europe to achieve it, along with LEED Platinum certification. Its design and conception are based on regenerative architecture criteria, developed in a fully collaborative manner, the project was led by its developer and sustainability expert Emmanuel Pauwels with the active participation of a large team of collaborating agents.

We executed a project in collaboration with consulting firm Obycall for the construction of a school won through a public tender made by the Generalitat de Catalunya, GISA, with the challenge of designing and constructing a high value school building in less than a year. We used industrialized construction solutions and standard components to speed up the process without compromising on aesthetic quality. In addition, we sought to preserve a small oak forest on the site, so we implemented the building in such a way as to maximize the use of sunlight and optimize energy efficiency.
This residential building developed by Camforada is an example of innovation and sustainability in architectural design. We have achieved innovative exposure of the blocks that reinterprets the existing urban parameters, allowing us to maximize the entry of natural light, cross ventilation, and energy efficiency of all the residences.
