Industrialized school

This high school project, conceived under the Design and Build model promoted by GISA, was an outstanding achievement in the field of industrialized school architecture. In this company, we worked closely with Constructora Capdeferro, Bernuz Fernández, ARC BCN Ingenieros, and Prefabricats Pujol to conceive, design, and construct this impressive building in record time of less than a year.

The project was a real challenge that required the application of industrialized construction systems and close collaboration between all the agents involved. Working hand in hand, we achieved a milestone in school architecture, demonstrating the possibilities and advantages of industrialized construction in this field.

The speed and efficiency in the execution of the project did not compromise the quality and functionality of the building. On the contrary, the end result is an architectural work that has received worldwide recognition. It was the subject of a specialized publication on industrialized architecture, which highlights its importance and scope on a global scale.

This high school is not only an example of fast and efficient construction, but also of innovative design and adaptation to current educational needs. Teamwork and synergy among the different actors involved were fundamental in achieving this architectural milestone and providing a quality educational environment.
