Corporate headquarters

The corporate headquarters for this leading Barcelona company in its sector was a project we had the privilege of participating in. From the beginning, we established a close and highly effective collaboration with Francisco Sadurní, CEO of Blue Project Management, and head of project management, which allowed us to successfully tackle the challenge.

When we joined the project, the property already had an executive design in place. Our task was to respect this existing interior design while at the same time developing a new design for the facade of the building, in a privileged location in the Poble Nou neighborhood of Barcelona. Here we faced the challenge of achieving a discreet, elegant design that would convey the company’s institutional values and enhance its image.

One of the priorities was the energy efficiency of the building, so we chose to apply a construction system with a ventilated facade and an approach for the roof that would ensure high performance in terms of thermal envelope. This would maximize energy efficiency and reduce consumption inside the building.

The project solution was based on a careful compositional work, combined with the simplicity of materials and constructive solutions. We selected high quality and durable materials that not only met the functional requirements but also provided an elegant aesthetic appearance.

The result was a corporate headquarters that reflected the company’s identity and values in a subtle but impactful way. The combination of the new unobtrusive facade and the existing interior design created an inspiring, professional working environment, where employees and visitors could feel welcome and motivated.
