It stands out for being dismantleable, transportable, and recyclable, offering flexibility and sustainability in its construction.
This energy-efficient single-family home was designed under Passive House standards, with the objective of achieving self-sufficient operation through photovoltaic solar energy. Special attention was paid to health and sustainability, using healthy, low VOC materials and finishes from natural and recyclable sources. The design includes outdoor spaces and stands out for its natural swimming pool, which recreates the processes of a small lake, providing a harmonious environment with its green roofs.
