This housing and office project executed as a prototype for industrialized 3D modular construction is an innovative, pioneering building in its category in collaboration with Zhilma Nova Building. It stands out for being dismantleable, transportable, and recyclable, offering flexibility and sustainability in its construction.
In this ambitious renovation project, we faced the challenge of transforming an original 20th century building, in a very poor state of repair, acquired by an investment group. As a team of architects and a delegated developer, we took on the responsibility of conceiving the architectural design for this building. In addition, we collaborated with prestigious interior designer Jaime Beriestain, who contributed his expertise in the design of exclusive, sophisticated spaces.
