As architects, we designed and built this innovative building that has obtained the prestigious LEED certification, being the first cultural facility in Spain to achieve this.<\/p>\n\n<p>This building represents a milestone in terms of sustainable design and energy efficiency thanks to the close collaboration with Emmanuel Pauwels. In collaboration with experts from LKS and ULMA, we became pioneers in Spain in developing a ventilated facade system. This facade not only fulfills its technical objectives but also pays tribute to the story of Anita, an enterprising woman who donated the site with the vision of promoting culture in the Alt Empord\u00e0. In addition to its historical significance, the facade has become a distinctive landmark on the Roses boardwalk.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ca l'Anita also incorporates additional sustainable features. Green roofs have been installed to promote biodiversity and improve environmental quality. A wind turbine on the roof takes advantage of the strong winds of the Empord\u00e0 to generate clean energy and reduce dependence on conventional energy sources. In addition, the facade design allows for full recoverability and recyclability, emphasizing our commitment to circular economy.<\/p>\n\n<p>This project seeks to have a positive impact on both the environment and the community. In addition to its focus on sustainability, it has become a cultural meeting point and a point of reference for the citizens of Roses and the surrounding areas. We promote culture and sustainable development, respecting historical heritage and the natural environment.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ca l\u2019Anita represents an outstanding achievement in terms of sustainable design and energy efficiency.
