On October 30, the Spanish Association of Industrialized Construction (AECI) held its annual Forum at the Eduardo Torroja Institute of Construction Sciences, Madrid. The day was a complete success<\/a>. During the day, Marc Obrad\u00f3 presented one of our most recent success stories: the Marroc Building<\/strong>, social housing promoted by the Institut Municipal d'Habitatge de Barcelona (IMHAB). <\/p>\n\n

From the Spanish Association of Industrialized Construction (AECI)<\/strong>, we have been working for some time to promote real change in the way we build, betting on faster, more effective and sustainable processes. The industrialization of architecture is the key to improving not only in terms of productivity, but also in the environmental impact we generate. <\/p>\n\n

Why is it important?<\/p>\n\n

  1. The AEC<\/strong>I plays a fundamental role in the evolution of the sector, providing a space for joint research and development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. As a speaker, Marc Obrad\u00f3 has had the opportunity to participate in key forums for several years, and this time we wanted to share how innovation <\/strong>has been essential to achieve success like that of the Marroc Building.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Industrialization <\/strong>is the path to a more sustainable future in architecture. It allows us to build faster, with higher quality and respecting the environment. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
