{"id":2975,"date":"2023-07-24T17:06:51","date_gmt":"2023-07-24T15:06:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/exearquitectura.com\/como-un-edificio-puede-ayudar-a-descarbonizar-el-mundo\/"},"modified":"2024-02-15T12:31:01","modified_gmt":"2024-02-15T11:31:01","slug":"como-un-edificio-puede-ayudar-a-descarbonizar-el-mundo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/exearquitectura.com\/en\/como-un-edificio-puede-ayudar-a-descarbonizar-el-mundo\/","title":{"rendered":"How a building can help decarbonise the world"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/exearquitectura.com\/en\/project\/casernes-j56\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casernas J56<\/a><\/strong> project will contain 56 residences and a kindergarten on the ground floor of the building, as well as communal areas The entire project has been carried out with high standards of <strong>sustainability<\/strong> and <strong>health for its inhabitants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>The 4-storey <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/exearquitectura.com\/en\/project\/casernes-j56\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casernes J56<\/a><\/strong> building, designed by <strong>VIVAS ARQUITECTOS<\/strong> and <strong>Exe Arquitectura<\/strong>, was conceived as a collaborative model, together with <strong>Constructora del Cardoner<\/strong> and <strong>011h<\/strong>, commissioned by <strong>IMHAB<\/strong> (Barcelona Municipal Housing Institute).<\/p>\n\n<p>We have devised the project through the promotion of a new way of designing and building through digitalisation and the use of circular materials, putting people at the center.<br\/>Developing projects in collaboration with other companies in the sector that prioritize people, with high standards in terms of health and sustainability, reinforces our constructive ideals.<\/p>\n\n<p>The 56 houses in <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/exearquitectura.com\/en\/project\/casernes-j56\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casernes<\/a><\/strong> will be built in a few months thanks to the industrialized construction provided by this construction model. We estimate that it will use around <strong>685,35 tons of wood<\/strong> produced 100% in the Basque Country.
