Per exemple, <a href=\"https:\/\/exearquitectura.com\/ca\/project\/cal-guerxo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Cal Guerxo<\/strong><\/a> ttreballa amb el cicle natural de l\u2019aigua: s\u2019hi reciclen les aig\u00fces grises i negres, que es depuren mitjan\u00e7ant processos naturals i es filtren en el terreny; a m\u00e9s l\u2019edifici s\u2019abasteix completament amb aigua de pluja per cobrir-ne totes les necessitats. \u00c9s un proc\u00e9s molt eficient en la gesti\u00f3 i \u00fas de l\u2019aigua, sense p\u00e8rdua de comoditat.<\/p>\n\n<p>A m\u00e9s, <strong>genera un 112% de l'energia que li cal<\/strong>, fet que \u201c<em>demostra que els projectes de renovaci\u00f3 poden assolir objectius nets positius<\/em>\u201d, diu Emmanuel Pauwels. <em>\u201cPodem canviar el paradigma de reduir els impactes negatius a fer contribucions positives\u201d. <\/em>. La <strong>Living Building Challenge<\/strong> \u00e9s una certificaci\u00f3 internacional que va crear l\u2019organitzaci\u00f3 sense \u00e0nim de lucre <strong>Living Future Institute<\/strong> el 2006, amb l\u2019objectiu de promoure els est\u00e0ndards m\u00e9s avan\u00e7ats de sostenibilitat constructiva, tant en els edificis nous com en aquells ja existents.
